a list of things i have to do to complete "75 medium"
I've never done a challenge like this before. I'm both excited and a little scared. Here's a list of what's to come this summer.
3 days a week of 90 min workouts.
3 days a week of 45 min workouts.
1 day a week of active recovery.
Drinking alcohol on special occasions or social events.
Drinking at least 64 oz of water every day.
Mindful, intentional eating
Limited beef, no pork, and no candy. Treats are allowed, but they can’t be candy.
Reading for 30 minutes a day.
Non-school-related reading (excluding book club). Audiobooks are allowed.
Practicing love and/or gratitude at least once a week.
Recording a weekly recap to track progress, sticky points, etc.
Celebrating the completion of the challenge at the end of the summer.
I don’t anticipate this challenge will be easy, but I have support. And let’s be real — I can do hard things. I do hard things. I will keep doing hard things. Beyond my normal, slightly random lists please don’t be shocked with I drop a weekly recap of how the challenge is going.
