75 medium: a list of things that didn't go well last week.
This challenge is going to be harder than I anticipated.
Hitting my workout goals was so hard last week. I missed a couple of different classes and generally just felt really tired. And that stinks, but I’m hoping this next week is a little better.
Eating. And not just eating healthy, just eating in general. I definitely didn’t eat both lunch and dinner every day. Some days I would eat lunch and just snack for dinner. On other days I wouldn’t even make a dent in my lunch and end the day with a too-big dinner. And I know for a fact I’m not getting enough protein. It was a struggle and I’m hoping it’ll be better this week, especially since I have a ton of groceries and several ideas for what I want to eat.
Getting enough sleep. But that’s nothing new.
Striking a balance between work that needs to be done, school work and extracurriculars, and my personal life. This semester, school is much much hands-on, in the field work which is exciting but so exhausting. On top of trying to balance my job and still see friends and take care of myself. It is truly the wild west out here.
Reading a physical book, which again, isn’t a surprise for me. With school picking back up, I don’t always have the time or energy to read my physical TBR but believe me — I long for it all the time.
